After an inactivity of approx. 15 minutes, the anonymous lazy user is automatically logged out of the system again. Before logging out, however, you can change your mind at any time and create an account.

In order to use all advantages of Socialfunders, you have to register ("standard user"). You have to choose a username and enter your e-mail address and password. This data is required, to set up and manage a standard user account for you, and for you to have the full range of Socialfunders can use. Last but not least, we also need this and other data to be able to react to requests, questions and criticism. We also store the projects you have supported, how many SocialCoins you have collected and distributed, achievements and your location, to be able to award you, for example, from a certain number of redeemed coins.

Voluntary data

User profiles

Data entered by the project owner

Project owners are proposed by the standard users or company users together with the name of the respective organization and an e-mail address and then checked and approved by us.

In order to check the correctness of the information provided by the project-executing agency and to ask for permission to present it on Socialfunders, we will contact the project-executing agency by e-mail and inform them that projects will be posted on socialfunders.org under its name. We will also ask the project-executing agency for the following information: Name of a contact person/responsible person, Company address, account information (for the transfer of the collected donations) and an exemption notice.

If users create projects on behalf of the project-executing agency, we also ask the project-executing agency to provide the following information for the respective projects: Financing requirements (also subdivided into smaller milestones) and project description.

The actual publication of the projects on the platform is always decided by the project owner himself.
